Description
Casa Vela in Sao Rafael it’s a quality and very spacious villa. It’s Located in a residential area of Sao Rafael, only 10 minutes away walking from this famous beach; other beaches like Coelha, Galé, Salgados or premium golf courses or even the fine supermarket “Apolonia” are only 3/5 minutes away by car.
Casa Vela villa provides 4 spacious bedrooms, a modern kitchen and an open space living room, which make’s it ideal for family holiday, with capacity for 8/10 people. At the basement there is a fantastic Games room, with ping-pong table, snooker and football table.Outside, a large terrace provides a BBQ great to dine alfresco surrounded by pretty gardens.
Within just a few minutes walk a supermarket, restaurants and several beaches can be found. Albufeira´s marina and the bustling old town can also be reached within a short drive where a vast selection of restaurants and bars can be found.
If you are a sea lover, try one of the beach restaurants that can be found in the various beaches close by.
The popular Guia with its many "chicken piri-piri" restaurants can be reached just a 10 minute drive.
Casa Vela is ideal for those who want to park the car and enjoy a relaxing holiday, or take our suggestion and walk through the Salgados Lagoon, or maybe you can just play golf in the Salgados Golf Course just a few minutes away.
There is a variety of, water-parks and Marinas/zoos for the children. Water sports on the beaches, horse-riding and the most wonderful walking country all within easy reach.
The Algarve Shopping and famous restaurants for the Chicken Piri-Piri are only a short drive away, as well as Albufeiras Old Town, Marina and the famous Oura Strip.

Albufeira Council charges a 2€ fee per person for tourists' overnight stays in the municipality, for every stay between April 1st and October 31st and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights to all guests aged 13 or more. The amount will be requested, a couple of days before arrival.
