We chose this apartment because we wanted more structure than renting someone's private home directly, and still enjoy the local-stay feeling and it did not disappoint! The location is convenient, walk to everything, close to station. To take the bolt (or uber) we walked around the block to a bigger 2-way street but that was easy. The view of the building across the street had the charming tiles! The unit was spacious for the 3 of us. The A/C was nice to have, 3 flights of stairs was doable, the apartment had everything we needed including well equipped kitchen and a washer and laundry detergent. The host was very helpful, in contact through WhatsApp and she helped us with recommendations. The lock system was interesting - the remote lock through a website link were cool, the bolts in the unit (using a key) made it very secure (although we never felt unsafe). It was very quiet even though it was in the center of city. There was construction on a building a couple of buildings over but the noise was only during the day and it was very minimal. The back bedroom was very quiet and cozy, and the front bedroom could hear some street/car noise.

The shower was a bit tight for our American, slightly above-average sized, male. And the beds were firm.

Everything about the flat was perfect for our holiday and we couldn't have asked for any more. Would definitely stay here again.

Near to Rua Augusta and near to metro station.. Near to everywhere we need to go ..

The location of the apartment was ideal in the centre of the old town Baixa and walking distance to bars , restaurants and shops .

This is a wonderful, spacious apartment in downtown Lisbon. There is plenty of room for multiple people. The bedrooms are quite large. The living room is also large space with a nice very functional kitchen. It is super helpful to have a clothes washing machine in the kitchen!

The host was very helpful prior to our arrival with all the needed information. They were also able to let us into the place an hour early, so we did not need to store our luggage.

Thank you for a great stay last week. The flat is in an excellent location and perfectly situated for walking to many of the main areas of Lisbon, with more than enough bars and restaurants nearby even in the busiest of times. Very nice flat, clean, comfortable and well looked after - perfect for a family of four.

Couldn’t be better located - right in the heart of baixo-chiado, lots of restaurants and shops and around the corner from the metro station. Very responsive host and excellent guide books in the apartment. Beautiful view from the windows and comfortable beds - everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to almost everything you would like to see or do in Lisbon. Apartment is very clean and fully stocked with anything you might need.

Just returned from a wonderful 1-week stay at the apt, which worked out perfectly for us. We were three people my wife and I, and our 14-year old son. The unit was just as advertised conveniently located (close to the Baixa-Chiado metro stop), a reasonable amount of space, clean, and very comfortable. The apt was on the 2nd floor, on a quiet street (good for sleeping), and very close to all the activities of the Baixa-Chiada area. The beach is just a few blocks away, and plenty of trams, buses, and available Ubers in the area to explore other parts of the city. (Although we did a LOT of walking probably the best way to get to experience Lisbon).

Check-in was easy, as the manager provided clear instructions to getting into the building and the apartment (where a set of keys were left).

It was a fairly hot-weather week, but the air-conditioning in the apartment worked very well. We used the laundry washer almost every night, making it easy to pack lightly for the trip. As typical of many European apartments, there was no clothing dryer although our clothes were mostly dried after leaving them laying out for the night.

The two bedrooms were comfortable. A large bed in the master bedroom (the mattress was fairly firm...it was not a problem for us, but could be if someone was used to a much softer mattress). The apartment was just what I was looking for: luxurious 2 space located right in the middle of Lisbon. We could walk everywhere we wanted to visit!

Very importantly for me, the apartment was very quiet (especially the master bedroom) so I slept very soundly. Air conditioning in every room which was great to have during the heat wave that was happening. All the amenities of regular life, we loved spending a month there- it felt like home! 5/5 stars

The decor is top notch, perfectly appointed.
The host arranged for our transportation from the train station upon arrival and to the airport for our departure with a very reliable transportation provider.

The apartment location was amazing. We could walk everywhere and had close proximity to the Metro station as well. The apartment was more than spotless. It was immaculate. Tastefully decorated and quite comfortable. Clearly intentionally and thoughtfully planned out, the lighting in the apartment was great, the kitchen had everything we needed (pots, pans, etc.), and although we were in the middle of the city, the apartment was quiet. Amanda met us and got us into the apartment ensuring that we knew what was needed (and even gave us an authentic and reasonable local restaurant recommendation). After several trips to Europe using small apartments as our home base, this was the first time that the owner actually proactively contacted us afterwards to see if there was anything that needed to be 'fixed''repaired' ensuring that the apartment was perfect for the next guest. A great find!

We are a family with 2 kids and we had a fantastic stay at this stylish apartment. Some AirBnB's have the looks but lack the practical stuff: not here. There is ample room to unpack and you will never be out of drawershangers. The bathroom is conveniently located in the middle of the apartment with two separate doors leading to the two rooms. Everything works great, no problems whatsoever. And finally it is located right at the heart of the touristic zone. Tunç

It has everything you need,exceed your need. The apartment is cozy and beautiful. We relax and enjoy. The host Filipa is so nice. Although we changed check-in time, Filipa still arrange everything smoothly. Filipa reply immediately when I have any question.

Everything that we needed was there. Central location close to Baixa metro and Rossio station. Soundproofing good for street noise. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Oven. Gas hob. All cleaning liquids. Salt. Pepper. Coffee machine pods. Nice towels. Chargers for cellphones. And everything was clean when we arrived. Joana was waiting for us at the agreed tine. She is knowledgable, speaks good English and pointed us to the main attractions in the area.

We were later than expected to check in and Filipa had a colleague come and get us settled in. Her colleague couldn’t have been more wonderful. She was so nice and showed us everything about the apartment and even took the time to show us some fun places to go see on the map. The apartment is spotless and beautifully styled and the location is great because it’s in the center of everything and you can walk to all of the different areas easily. I highly recommend staying here. Portugal will be even better of a vacation if you do! Rosalie

La ubicación es excelente céntrica pero sin ruido desde la calle. El lugar es como se ve en las fotos o mejor inclusive! Tiene utensillos y elementos para el hogar de sobra. Nos dieron indicaciones y recomendaciones para nuestra estadía. Limpio, lindo y espacioso. Sin duda volveríamos! Bianca
